En el 2019 lanzando una canción romántica titulada "Quédate" canción que le dio más popularidad a su carrera como artista, Actualmente Henry El Prego se encuentra enfocado en la realización de su álbum "One Love" el cual es una recopilación de todas las canciones románticas que ha interpretado del 2019 al 2021.
En el trayecto del 2020 al 2021 realizó algunas colaboraciones con artistas de Estados Unidos, Argentina, Colombia, México y Puerto Rico desde donde sigue haciendo nueva música para el deleite de sus oyentes.

Después de tomar clases de actuación durante sus años de preparatoria, ingresó a la academia de teatro "El Foro de Teatro Contemporáneo" en la Ciudad de México. Estudió danza, canto y teatro con artistas de la talla de Ludwik Margules, Adriana Roel, Julieta Egurrola, Luisa Huertas y Fernando Torre Laphame, y protagonizó obras como Perversidad sexual en Chicago, de David Mamet, María Frankenstein,[1] El monólogo de una puta en un manicomio y La cacatúa verde, de Darío Fo. Su primer papel en televisión fue en un episodio de Golpe bajo en 2001, al que siguieron apariciones en series como Cuando Seas Mia, Lo que callamos las mujeres y un papel recurrente en Amores, querer con alevosía.
Soberón debutó en el largometraje con Soba (2004), un drama independiente en el que interpretaba a una adolescente violada por un grupo de policías. Tras una exitosa gira de festivales por Europa, la película se estrenó comercialmente en México en 2005.
A lo largo de los años ha seguido trabajando como cantante, grabando jingles para anuncios de televisión en México y Estados Unidos, haciendo coros para álbumes comerciales y actuando en directo en diversos actos culturales en México, España e Italia.
